The U-bolts of the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box # TH05603 that you referenced are wide enough to fit the factory crossbars of your 2019 Honda Odyssey.
We don't have any key replacements that are 2420 though so I wonder if maybe you possibly misread the number on the lock core?
