Resetting The Tension Springs On A Solera Slide-Out Awning

Question:
How do I increase the tension on a already installed solaer topper. I have constant ponding water whatever it rains

You'll have to remove the roller tube on the Solera Slide-Out Awning # LCV000163285 and reroll the fabric and then reattach the roller to the arms. The manufacturer recommends rolling it completely back up and then unrolling it only one revolution and attaching while the slide out is closed or at max slid 6" away from the RV.
