Question:

Lippert SolidStep for Grand Design Reflection 311BHS Getting the threshold height measurement is a tad tricky for me - I know the threshold width is 30. We would like a 4 step since the knees are going. Our 5th Wheel is a 2021 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS.

The how to measure height is rather straight forward and you do not need to be concerned about exact measurement. With your RV situated on a level setting and arranged the way you would typically have it when in use, measure the height from ground to the threshold. If your measurement is between 35" and 44" then you will want the four step model. For a four step Lippert SolidStep for your 2021 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS, I suggest the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 29" to 36" Wide RV Door Frames - Quad, # LC791575.This is for entry height of 35" - 44". The front of the hinged bracket to the rearmost point of the step is about 6", you will need to have at least 6" of space on the interior of RV in front of the door sill.
