Unit is currently set up for rails style hook up. I am wanting it convert Q20 to work on 2017 F 350 8’ bed DRW with a puck system . Is there an adapter leg available?

Yes, you can absolutely convert your rails style Q20 hitch to work with the OEM puck system in your 2017 Ford F-350. You could use the Curt round tube slider item # C16020, you were looking at, to attach to your puck system. I am not sure you will need a slider for your truck though. Your truck has an 8' bed which should be more than long enough to accommodate a standard 5th wheel hitch mount.
A better option for adapting your Q20 hitch is Item # C16017. This is a Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs adapter that has a 24k lbs towing capacity. This is not a sliding system.
