Can I buy these by themselves since I lost them from 2017 cadillac install ?

You sure can!
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13285 you have for your 2017 Cadillac XT5 uses Curt Fish Wire Bolt Leader - 7/16" # C58410.
If you are missing more than just the fish wire then you will need Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK which comes with the fish wire and all new hardware. All you will need to do is select Curt from the drop down menu and then enter 13285 in the hitch item number field.
