I want to replace all with a 5 or 6 leaf spring. It has the Lippert equalizer.

I would be happy to help you determine the correct replacement leaf springs for your 2016 Grand Design Reflection 29RS with tandem Lippert 4400lb axles, but unfortunately the axle tags like the one shown in your picture do not have leaf spring information and neither does Lippert as the springs are put on by the RV manufacturer.
Instead you will need to measure your current springs from center of spring eye to center of spring eye. You will also need to make sure the trailer is jacked up with no weight on the axles or you will get an incorrect measurement.
The available options we have for 4400lb axles is 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,500-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e27SR which measure 26" as shown in the included diagram, or # e28SR which measure 25-1/4".
You will just need to pick the option that is the same size as your current leaf springs.
Lastly you should always replace leaf springs in pairs, but since your trailer has two axles it is best to go ahead and replace all four leaf springs.
