Thule Roof Rack for 2020 Toyota Prius for Kayak Carrier

I just purchased a 2020 Pruis and no roof racks nor any means to secure these boat racks I need. I have a Thule 54inch rack to hold my previous roof rack. Can I use this with an adaption footing ? I see a choice with the Aeroblade Edge but not certain this is the correct means to place a boat on the rack. I used an universal hitch which had a foam inside to adapt to any shape of the bars. I have used this on two of my SUVs with great success. Does this work on my Prius if NO racks are available. Please help me.

Thule just recently changed their roof rack designs so an older roof rack setup like it sounds like you have would not be able to fit on your 2020 Toyota Prius. Instead you'd have to go with a new roof rack like the Thule WingBar Evo part # TH711400, # TH710501, and # TH145029.
Then for a kayak carrier you could use the Thule Hull-A-Port XT part # TH849000 and you'd be set.
