We do have a way for you to carry your bike rack on your 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback but we do not have any 2" receivers, and actually there are no manufacturers that even make one, for your 2021 Civic Hatchback.
I do have a solution for you and that is the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HTAD. The one thing to remember when using this adapter is you lose 50% of your tongue weight capacity. You will want to check the weight of your bike rack and bikes and make sure you don't overload your hitch.
If you need a hitch for your 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C92UR is a great option, as long as your Civic does not have a center exhaust. I recommend this hitch because it has a reinforced collar which may help stabilize the hitch adapter.
