Question:
What do I need to convert dual Lippert 5200 axles to disk brakes?

I recommend using the Kodiak disc steel brake kit item # K2R526S. This is a stainless steel 12" Rotor with 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern rated up to 6,000 lbs.
You will also need to have hubs with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and a brake mounting flange with a 5 bolt pattern. If your trailer does not have brake mounting flanges, you will want to have them professionally installed because it requires precision accuracy.
For the hydraulic function of the brakes you'll need a HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi item # HBA16
I recommend using the Titan Hydraulic Brake Lines and Fittings, item # T4830000.
If you don't already have one I recommend installing a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller as well item # 90195. You will need a brake controller that is compatible with EOH or electronic over hydraulic brakes. This controller will work with trailers up to 4 axles and automatically adjusts trailer's braking based on deceleration of your vehicle.
