Question:
I have a 1999 F350 and was looking at the c15810. The bottom of the bumper on the truck is 8 inches from the bottom of the frame. In other questions you show the dimensions of the c15810 and it will not fit. Are there other hitches with the load capacity that will fit with my bumper.

We have exactly what you are looking for!
You are correct that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15810 you were looking at will not fit your 1999 Ford F-350 with an 8" deep drop bumper.
Instead I recommend the Curt # C15316 which measures 9" from the top of the mounting flange (Bottom of your trucks frame) to the top of the receiver so it will work with your bumper, and has a 2400lb tongue weight rating and 16000lb trailer weight rating, or a 2400lb tongue weight rating and 17000lb trailer weight rating if using a weight distribution hitch.
This is the heaviest duty hitch offered that will work with your deep drop bumper.
I included a link to the written instructions of the # C15316 for you to take a look at.
