There won't be any conversion needed to go from incandescent lights to LED lights on your camper. You'll simply connect the power wires and connect the light's ground wire and you'll be good to go; you could use something like the Optronics LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflector - 6 Diodes - Square - Red Lens # MCL36RB to replace your old red clearance lights.
As long as you're replacing all of the lights on your camper with LED lights you shouldn't experience any issues but there's a chance that the flashing lights on your camper may not react well and hyperflash when engage. If this happens you'll need to install resistors like the Load Resistor Kit for LED Turn Signals - 50 Watts - 6 Ohm - Qty 2 # DI34ZR on those circuits.
I've also linked a helpful article on trailer lighting that you might find some pertinent information in, as well. If you need help locating any particular lights for this application just let me know and I'm happy to help you find those.
