Can Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Hitch BLU66FR Be Used On Trailer W/ Electric Trailer Brakes?
Updated 06/23/2021 | Published 06/21/2021 >
Question:
I noticed in descriptions of offerings for WD hitches, some indicate OK to use with electric trailer brakes while Blue Ox description does not include this specification. Is this just an omission or is there a technical reason why the Blue Ox is not recommended for electric brake equipped trailers?

The Blue Ox SwayPro # BLU66FR you were looking at is compatible with electric trailer brakes like what is on your 2019 Winnebago Minnie Plus Travel Trailer, and will not cause any issues what-so-ever.
This hitch is a great option for trailers that have a total tongue weight between 750-1000lbs and does a great job of prevent sway from starting. The clamp on brackets are also a nice touch as they do not require you to drill holes in the frame of your trailer like some other systems.
I included a video of the # BLU66FR for you to take a look at.
