For your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo Ultimate Sport there are three 2" trailer hitch receivers available, the Curt # C13152, etrailer # e98841, and the Draw-Tite # 75772.
Out of these three options I recommend the etrailer # e98841 as it is tied with the Curt # C13152 for the highest ratings at 900lbs tongue weight and 6000lbs trailer weight rating, but it has a matte black powder coat finish which best matches the plastic trim on the bottom of your rear bumper.
The Curt # C13152 has a similar design and capacities as mentioned, but the gloss black finish makes it stand out a bit more than the matte black coating on the etrailer hitch.
The Draw-Tite # 75772 has the lowest ratings at 525lbs tongue weight and 3500 trailer weight so it does not really compare well to the other two hitches.
You mentioned that you are planning on carrying 2-3 adult bikes but did not mention if you already had a bike rack or not.
If you do not I recommend taking a look at the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH934XTR which will accommodate four bikes weighing up to 35lbs each and will fit your vehicle perfectly. This hitch uses hold fast anti sway cradles that keep your bikes from moving around and hitting each other, but are still cushioned to keep the frame from scratches.
To tow a small trailer you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118571, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I included installation videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
