It sounds like you are looking for a locking hitch pin to secure your ball mount to your vehicles trailer hitch receiver.
I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 1-1/4" Hitches - Flush - 2-1/8" Span - Chrome # e98879 if your vehicle has a 1-1/4" trailer hitch receiver, or the # e98880 if you have a 2" trailer hitch receiver. If you are not sure which size your trailer hitch receiver is you can measure the inside length of the coupler to determine which hitch is installed on your vehicle.
Now I also recommend adding a locking coupler pin # e98888 which is plenty long to work with any size coupler, and can be keyed alike so the Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock use the same key. To do this you will just need to add keyed alike from the drop down menu on the product page, and order both locks at the same time.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
