Can Kenda ST145R12 tire AM10140 w/12 Wheel LH45FR Replace 5.30-12 Wheel/Tire On Karavan Trailer?

Will this setup work for my Bayliner 160 boat with Karavan bunk trailer? I currently have 5.30-12 tires with a 5 on 4 1/2 setup.

It sure will!
The Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140 you were looking at has an overall height of 21.3" and a width of 5.7" which is .6" shorter and .1" wider than your current 5.30-12 tires. The Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver # LH45FR would be a great choice to go with this tire. You would need to have them mounted at a local shop upon arrival.
Since you mentioned that your Karavan Bunk Trailer has the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern these wheels will bolt right up, and since the tire sizes are virtually identical you will have zero fitment issues.
