If you are referring to the Kwikee RV Electric Steps - 32 Series, # LC3722616. The answer is no, they will install with different bolt pattern. The Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs, # LC432682 will mount with bolts through the side of steps attaching to a bracket mounted to the RV. The Kwikee 32 Series mount directly to the RV with hardware going through the top plate of the step unit.
