Where Is Trailer Running Light Fuse In 2013 Ram 1500?

I have a 2013 ram 1500 pickup I have no running lights on my trailer all other lights work I can not locate the fuse in the fuse Box for the running lights I test all the fuse in the Box they all good I test the wire from the plug on the back of the truck the Brown while have no power. I tested the F29 28 and20 fuse are all good, 7 pin clock wise to the right pin #5 is the own pin that have power. I need your help I have a food trailer I need my running lights.

The trailer running light fuse in your 2013 Ram 1500 is fuse J14 in the engine bay fuse box, and is a 20 amp fuse.
If that fuse checks out, and you can verify power is making it through the fuse then you will need to trace the wire going out of the 7-way connector for the 11 o'clock pin as shown in the included diagram, and look for any damage or where it may have come loose.
You will need to replace any damaged sections with # 16-1-1 and heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-5.
