I may have an option that will work for you, but it will depend on the exact weight of your E-bikes.

The Inno Tire Hold II Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum # INA389 will fit the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107 and will accommodate bikes up to 50lbs with a wheel base of 34" - 48".

As long as your E-bikes fit these requirements this would work perfectly for you.

If even after removing the batteries from your bikes they are still too heavy, or have too long of a wheel base then the only option would be to use a hitch mounting e-bike rack like the Swagman E-Spec 2 Bike Rack # S94FR which will accommodate two bikes weighing up to 70lbs each.
