Yes, the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons with LED Lights for Boat Trailers # CE27740 can be used with a pontoon boat. They are 40" tall and adjustable up to 13" on the side of the trailer. The clamps are designed to work with trailer frames up to 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall.
You can use the LED Light Kit for Post-Style Boat Guide-Ons # CE27656A on their other kits if a taller set of guide-ons like the CE Smith Post-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers - 60" Tall # CE27640 would be easier seen above the rails of your pontoon.
