Question:

I have a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring 4wd with the factory hitch receiver, and I just bought a Forest River No Boundaries 19.7. First trip last weekend I weighed it loaded before heading out: TW 450lbs, trailer was 4100lbs, but we went light packing so so we would likely hit the max on trailer for the vehicle 4500lbs if we carry water etc. Towed better than I expected over mountains power wise, and sway not too bad, but there is a 3inch on the rear of tow vehicle. I am looking at # EQ37060ET. I have read on the internet that you should not use a WDH on the Pilot- but also that it is fine if you turn off traction control, something that you do manually every time you start the car. Which is correct? Is this the best hitch for my setup?

According to the owner's manual, Honda doesn't recommend using weight distribution. They say 'A weight distributing hitch is not recommended for use with your vehicle. An improperly adjusted weight distributing hitch may reduce handling, stability, and braking performance'.

The Equal-i-zer # EQ37060ET you'd mentioned would be a good choice as far as the compatibility with the camper goes, but I couldn't recommend anything that contradicts Honda's advice provided in the owner's manual.

A suspension enhancement product like the Timbren # THROD2 would replace the factory bump stops inside your coil springs and would add extra support when towing that would eliminate most of the sag you're experiencing with your camper hooked up. This is the option I'd recommend.
