Is Thule TH79JV lockable type and can be substituted with the non-lockable one on the 953?, thanks

It seems like you have the Rapid Gutter Feet # TH300R they have a place for a locking core set # TH450400. These cores will replace the plastic filler caps on each of the knobs. The Lockable knobs # TH79JV will not work with the gutter feet. I've included videos for you to watch!
