I included a link to the suspension enhancement that fits the 2001 Dodge Ram but # TDR1500DQ is not a fit. The equivalent that will fit is # TDR1525H4. This kit has brackets that install to the bottom of the frame rails directly above the axle. Take a look at the instructions I have linked to see where it installs. Compare this to where the brackets for your 5th wheel hitch install to determine if there will be interference.
