I have a replacement wheel and tire option for you, but none of the 7" hub and drum assemblies including the # 8-257-5UC3 and # AKHD-545-2-2K require a minimum wheel size of 10".
So you can keep using your # 8-257-5UC3, but you will need to replace the Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range B # AM30100 with a 10" wheel # AM20046, tire # AM1HP52, and valve stems # AM20903.
Keep in mind these tires will be 2.5" wider and 2.4" taller than your current tire so you will need to make sure you have enough clearance to run this larger tires.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
