The specs I'm seeing for your 2006 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler 5th Wheel show 37'-7" in length so you'll want to go one size up from the ADCO AquaShed RV Cover # 290-52256 to the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for 5th Wheel Toy Hauler - Up to 40' Long - Gray Item # 290-52257. You'll want to have a little extra slack to ensure you can fully cover your Toy Hauler and you'll be able to tighten up the excess with the straps and buckles.
