How To Remove Master Cylinder Cap On Titan Zinc-Plated Actuator T4750620
Updated 05/28/2021 | Published 05/26/2021 >
Question:
I have this actuator on my newly purchased 2012 Venture VATB 7225 boat trailer and cannot remove the plastic cap to check the brake fluid. Any ideas? Not sure if the actuator is working or not but would rather not replace it if I don’t have to. Thanks

On your Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator w/ Drop, Electric Lockout - Disc - 2-5/16" Ball # T4750620 you will need to pop out the cylinder cover and then unscrew the cap on the master cylinder. If it is a bit tight you may need to get a pair of pliers down there to give you extra leverage, but be careful to not damage the cap.
I included a video of the # T4750620 for you to take a look at.
