Question:

Ok so confused I have a f350 dually super duty with intercooler say this will fit but then it said it dont what is it. You say yes the description says no but the picture shows a dually. Mine is different then the one shown with the thin bracket they say to just bend

According to Curt, their # C31078 won't fit DRW models of the 2021 F350 because all DRW models are equipped with the Diesel engine. The intercooler and associated plumbing will physically prevent the hitch from being installed. For the 2018 and 2019 model year, the hitch fit all models of the F250, F350 and F450 but changes for the 2010 model year changed the fit.

The same would hold true for the Draw-Tite # 65076. The intercooler and its plumbing would prevent installation.

This being said, the EcoHitch # 306-X7904 sits higher up on the vehicle which allows it to fit the 2021 F350 Diesel. EcoHitch has confirmed the fit for a 2021 Ford F350 Diesel Dually.
