the hub face measurement is correct but the perch placement is not can i get them seperated and weld them on myself ?

We do sell the spring seats or perches separately as part # TRSS238 which are sold individually. You can remove the existing spring seats or simply leave them in place if they don't interfere with anything, then weld the new ones where they're needed.
