Yes, the Lionshead Steel Modular Trailer Wheel # LHHA315 will fit the Dexter Trailer Axle # 35545E-ST-89.
The Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap # LHCS102-SI60C can also be used to make it a cleaner look on the wheels. They have a removable plug that will allow you to access E-Z lube spindles.
The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1980A-SS can be installed if you do not have E-Z lube axles and will allow you to add grease to the hubs directly without needing to pull the hubs.
