Question:

would like to the Brand name of the 16 inch wheels on my trailer so I can order new center caps. Last 4 numbers on Vin. or 7676.

I do not have the resources to look up the exact wheels that you have on your 2014 Heartland Silverado Big Horn 34SE, however, I did some research and it looks like you may have 8 lug wheels on 6-1/2" lug pattern.

According to my research, your wheels should have a hole in the center of the wheel that measures 4.9" in diameter which would allow fitment of Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap - Stainless Steel - 4.88" to 4.90" Pilot # AM90156C.

To verify if # AM90156C will fit your wheels, you will need to measure the diameter of the center hole on your wheels. If that diameter is 4.9" and your wheels are 16" then these will work. I attached a short demonstration video for you.
