Can you tell me if the inner part of the jack swivels? Thanks!

The Bulldog Sidewind Jack, # BD150415, requires the 2 inch pipe, # BD015279, to swivel. The pipe has 4 holes that are compatible with the 4 holes on the pipe extension on the jack and swivels from the towing position to lifting position with the included pin. I made a short video showing how this jack swivels for you.
