I have a 2005 Maxi brand landscaping trailer that has a wheeless front jack. I want to replace it with Fulton model FTJ120W0301. will the snapring matchup so I can keep the welded bracket on my trailer?

Fulton's Snap-Ring Swivel Jack # FTJ120W0301 fits on a snap ring mount with a pilot hole diameter of 2.313-inches. If this matches you're good to go.
If not you might consider just installing a castor wheel on your existing jack. If you jack's inner tube has an outside diameter of 2-inches the you can use # JC-101 or # PS1400750340.
