Can A Rooftop Cargo Box Be Installed Onto A Ladder Rack's Crossbars?

Can this fit on a ladder rack like Item # 3371501680 or on any ladder rack as long as the ladder rack crossbars are within spec size of the cargo box feet?

You are absolutely correct; the Thule Force XT XXL Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft - Black AeroSkin # TH6359B can fit onto a ladder rack as long as the crossbars are smaller than the max size that the box allows for. The Thule Force XT XXL fits crossbars that are up to 3-1/2" wide and up to 1-11/16" tall, while the Buyers Products Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Load Stops # 3371501680 has crossbars measuring 3-1/4" wide and 1-1/2" tall, so it will work well together.
This ladder rack is confirmed to fit the 2012 GMC Sierra you selected as your vehicle. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you.
