Question:

I need the plate and gears for my 2004 Fulton welded side winder jack On Shorelander trailer. Your part # F0933302S00 does not show the plate included. Can you advise how to get the plate? the hole in my plate is egg shaped now and it should be round

I have a replacement jack option for you, but after reaching out to my contact at Fulton the plate you showed in your picture is not offered as a replacement part.

Your only option at this point is to go ahead and replace your jack with the Fulton Marine Jack - Weld On - Sidewind - 1,200 lbs # FXP100W0301 which will be an exact replacement as it is the same jack you currently have.
