Ur guy in the video showing how to install is great but why doesnt he tell us the torque spec instead of just saying torque them down I need how many ft lbs ??

Great question!
Because the hitch manufacturers can change where they source their hardware from time to time, we don't mention specific torque specifications on the website or in print. If the hardware changes, we don't want to have the wrong information floating around out there, as an incorrect torque spec could lead to a dangerous situation.
The good news is that the correct torque specifications for assembling the # BWRVK3710 B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch are shown in the written installation instructions which I have linked for you.
