You'll need to look at the last 4 digits of the DOT number on the tire sidewall. For instance if the last 4 digits are 2418, the tire was constructed in the 24th week of 2018. If your trailer tires are 5 or 6 years old and are showing cracks in the sidewalls. I've linked to a trailer tire article that you might find helpful.
If you need replacements, just let me know the tire size and load range, which can also be found on the tire's sidewall.
