I have another option for you, but at this time we do not offer a clearance light that will fit a 1" diameter hole.
Instead I recommend installing the LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light with Reflex Reflector - 2 Diodes - Red Lens # 328-K-52 which will cover the hole in your trailer, and will mount directly to the frame of your trailer.
I included a video of the # 328-K-52 for you to take a look at.
