Question:

Hi I have a 2021 Ford Ranger with a Retrax Tonneau cover which has the T-Slot to support cross bars. I would like to stick with Yakima. I am currently looking for set of low cross bars which can carry a couple of bikes and ski rack, I would also need the adapter for the tonneau cover, would also like two heavy duty bike racks mountain bikes, and a ski rack for four skis. I would like to eventually purchase the adjustable ladder rack to support a kayak. Is it the same t-slot adapater? Finally would like it all to be on the same key. What does that total package look like? Thanks much

This is going to look SWEET! Here is the RetraxPRO Tonneau Cover # RTX48FR that will fit your 2021 Ford Ranger. This one is for the 5 foot bed. I recommend getting the adjustable ladder rack right away because you can adjust the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5755 to sit only 19 inches above your bed rails all the way to 30 inches above the rails. You get the best of both worlds with the Adjustable OverHaul and it also looks SO good! It is the same T-Slot adapter for both the low and high fixed rack, but may as well get the adjustable one so you can choose the height when your hauling kayaks, skis or bikes.

For the bike rack, I really like the Yakima HighRoad # Y02114 because it hugs the tire of your mountain bike making it super stable and it's easy to use. The Yakima FatCat EVO # Y03095 can carry 4 skis and would match the theme of all the other accessories you're going to put on your vehicle. This carrier can be used for fishing rods too!

For you kayak, you can use the Yakima JayLow # Y04073 to haul your kayaks! It comes with tie downs do you won't need anything else with it. Here is the SKS system to match all of your locking cores # Y07208 for all of your components!

This is everything you need to complete your setup! It it were me, I would get the side bars # Y01153 for the Yakima OverHaul because they look cool but also because you could add other accessories on there as well!
