Question:
I have Food concession trailer that has a tongue weight of 1900#. We are pulling it with a 3/4 ton 2500 HD Chevy. We have propane tanks and a generator in the way of traditional WDH. What are the options that I have to reduce the tongue weight?

Expert Reply:
I recommend using Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2613 to level your 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. This system will not increase your capacity but instead will provide additional support to the factory suspension allowing you a more level ride.
With the way the boxes are mounted on your concession trailer you will not be able to use any type of weight distribution hitch.
The Air Command Compressor System # F2610 will allow you to easily adjust and monitor the air pressure in your air bags from your smartphone through the Firestone app. This makes fine tuning the suspension easier as you will not have to manually fill the air bags. There is also a memory feature that will allow you to easily adjust when you connect to or disconnect from the trailer.
