You can mount the Mounting Bracket for Trailer Fender - 13"/14"/15" Wheels - Galvanized Steel - Qty 1 # CE26098G to the frame of your trailer and then to the bottom of the steps on the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders w/ Top and Side Steps - Black Plastic - 14" Wheels - Qty 2 # CE19504-2 for the support you are looking for.
Typically customers reuse the mounting brackets already on the trailer, but using a few of these brackets underneath each step will give you additional support.
