Troubleshooting Titan Model 10 Actuator That Locks Up Drums Brakes

Question:

Im having issues with trailer brakes locking which has a Titan model 10 Accuator. I replaced trailer brakes and new master cylinder and Im still getting brakes locking up. I have performed an adjustment and the same trouble continues. Could the Titan model 10 shock accuator be the issue?

Is it possible you have a disc brake actuator on a trailer with drum brakes? The disc brake systems require a higher psi so if a disc actuator was used on a drum setup it would lock up the brake quickly.

If this were the case you could easily swap the master cylinder to a drum one with part # T2374600 and you'd be set.
