Yes the Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED44FR is compatible with electric over hydraulic brake setups on vehicle like your trailer with 2018 Ram 3500 as a tow vehicle. For a wiring harness that allows it to easily install on your truck all you need is the part # 331-TPH-020 and you'd be set.
