The serial number on my axle is 121073495 which 3" lift do I need? Thank you

Thanks for the picture of your axle tag!

Based on your serial number my contact at Dexter confirmed that the Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle - 2-7/8" Lift # K71-724-02 is the correct lift for your axle.

With that said they were not able to see if your axle is the top mount or side mount option, so you will need to verify that the axle is a side mount and does not have the mount to the frame on the top.

If the axle has the mounts on the top there is unfortunately not an axle lift available, but a local fabrication shop may be able to make one custom for your trailer if this is the case.
