I havea 2019 F350 superduty shorted. With puck mounting system. Looking at a Jayco 25.5RKO 5th wheel trailer. Pin weight of 1,400 lbs. Empty weight of 8,000. Loaded weight of approx 11,000.

Item # BWRVK3370 is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a 6-3/4' bed and OEM Prep Pkg.
This fifth-wheel trailer hitch is not compatible with Sidewinder or Revolution king pins. Do not use any device that changes the pivot point of your trailer's king pin with this hitch.
It comes with a 20,000lb GTW and an extra 500lb vertical load limit over the Patriot so you'll be able to upgrade to a heavier trailer without having to buy a new hitch if you decide to do so down the road. It has a longer slider than the Patriot which will help eliminate clearance problems during sharp turns.
