Correct Trailer Hitch for 2018 Chevy Equinox Diesel

Question:
Will the draw rite #76419 fit the equinox diesel? The DEF tank is mounted where the hitch should bolt up on the drivers side. Do I lower the tank to mount hitch, then bolt tank back up?

The correct trailer hitch for a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox Diesel is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76217. It does require temporary removal of the urea/DEF tank but it will be re-installed after the hitch is in position.
