Yes, you will be able to carry kids' bikes the Malone 3-bike rack that fits your 2019 BMW X5:
- Malone RunWay 3 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount # MPG2142
You will just need a bike adapter bar for each of the kids' bikes in order to give them a horizontal mounting point to attach to the arms of the rack. So for each kids or woman's bike you will need one of the Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # HRBA-PRO.
