Monitor Resolution for Screen of 5 inch Furrion Vision S Observation System

Question:
The spec sheet at the Furrion website says the FOS05TASF monitor has a resolution of 720x480. Your product page and the corresponding video review indicate the resolution is only 480x272. I would lean towards Furrion having the proper specifications. Is etrailers info wrong?
