To convert your Yakima HoldUp 1-1/4" Bike Rack, part # Y02445, to be used with a 2" receiver, you absolutely can use the Replacement Spine for Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2" Hitches, part # 8890277.

This spine is perfectly compatible with your HoldUp and is the recommended way of using that rack with a 2" receiver. I've linked to a video review of it below.

Actually, you will need the Replacement Hitch Hardware for Yakima HoldUp Bike Racks, part # 8890260, since the hardware from the 1-1/4" shank will not work and the new spine does not include this. I apologize for not noticing this before, but those two pieces will be all that you need.
