Question:

Do you have a base plate for a 2012 Jeep Liberty that will fit an older RoadMaster BlackHawk 8000 LB Tow Bar?

Yes, you can use either # 521433-1 (if the Liberty does not have a rockguard or skid plate) or # 521434-1 (if it does have a rockguard or skidplate). Either set is compatible with your BlackHawk tow bar. You will also need safety cables like # RM-643.

Next you will need a lighting solution. I recommend the plug and play Hopkins harness # HM56204 for the easiest installation.

You will also need a supplemental braking system on the Jeep as required by law in most states. The easiest to set up and use is the proportional Patriot, # BLU37TR, which applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the motor home is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
