Yes, a 2014 Honda CR-V AWD can be flat-towed with all four wheels down. In order to do so you'll need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, lighting, and braking system. I have attached my recommendation for each of these components below.

Tom, unfortunately the controller 2020003067 is not going to work in place of the 289252, so It would need to be replaced with the 289252. I have also confirmed this with Lippert to make sure.
