Question:

I need to replace the bar that the gas strut connects to at the top, what is the part called? How do I know which part to order? (Additional Information: the verticle bar attached to the side of the trailer is 69" long. Model number is V000165957)

I reached out to my contact at Lippert regarding the part that you need. The only two replacement part/assemblies that they sell, for your model number, is the Lippert # LC375994 "Pitch Arm" (not the part you need) and the Lippert # LC281154 Support Arm assembly which includes the part that you need.
